Dr. Friedman has approximately 35 years of experience. His practice consists of approximately 35% breast surgery both cosmetic and reconstructive and 65% facial and body contouring. Facial surgery includes nasal surgery: cosmetic, reconstructive and revisionary after previous surgery and facelift, eyelid and brow surgery. Autologous fat grafting, using your own fat, has taken the results of facial plastic surgery to a higher level. Body contouring is addressed not only with non invasive techniques such as Cool Sculpting but also liposuction both Microaire and VASER (ultrasonic) as well as abdominoplasty. Weight loss patients benefit by the utilization of a combination of these techniques to restore normal body contours.
