George Bitar, MD, FACS is an award-winning board certified plastic surgeon who has performed over 20,000 cosmetic facial and body procedures. He is the founder and Medical Director of the Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute with offices in Fairfax, VA. BCSI is a full service institute with a standalone medical spa and surgery center, offering skin care, non surgical aesthetic treatments, injectables and cosmetic surgery.
