In office procedures include fillers, neck liposuction, micro needling, laser and chemical peels. Dr. Domanski serves as Section Chief of Plastic Surgery for Inova Alexandria Hospital. He also teaches young plastic surgeons through the Osler institute. Dr. Domanski is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. In his personal time, Dr. Domanski enjoys running and teaching his children the piano.
