Dr Culpepper received his bachelor’s degree at University of Georgia in Athens, GA, and his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA. He completed his surgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC, and his plastic surgery fellowship from University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Chattanooga, TN. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons.
