Dr. Allan Wulc is the lead surgeon at W Cosmetic Surgery®, with more than 25 years experience in cosmetic & plastic surgery. His practice includes everything from eye lifts & facelifts to laser treatments, facial peels, Botox®, & much more. Dr. Wulc is quadruple board-certified in cosmetic & plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and oculoplastic surgery. He is also a diplomate of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons. He is the only surgeon in the tri-state area with these qualifications. Having established his practice in Philadelphia in 1986, Dr. Wulc has practiced plastic surgery in the Greater Philadelphia area for over 25 years.
