William D Tobler Jr., MD was introduced to plastic surgery as an undergraduate student while volunteering for Operation Smile. In medical school, he spent additional time learning about this field and was amazed by the diversity of cases and patients treated. Dr Tobler appreciates that, through reconstructive and cosmetic surgery, plastic surgeons are able to restore form and function, bringing happiness to their patients while treating complex medical issues. For these reasons he decided to pursue training in plastic surgery. Dr Tobler specializes in both aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, seeing patients 16 years and older.
