About

Dr. Rubinstein earned his medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Cleveland Clinic. He completed a two year fellowship through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in both Kirkland and Seattle, Washington. Eager to further his experience, he then completed another year of oculofacial plastic surgery training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, England. Since his fellowship, he has spent the past 2 years at a private practice in Albany, NY. Dr. Rubinstein’s interests are vast and include aesthetic surgery, tearing diseases, eyelid reconstruction, thyroid eye disease, eye socket reconstruction, and other diseases of the face and eye socket.
