About

Dr Chandler found her love for surgery when she was just 11 years old. She accompanied her father , an orthopedic surgeon, for “Daughters to Work Day”. From that point on, she knew that she wanted to touch people lives through medicine and surgery. She was awarded a full scholarship to attend Florida State University. While at FSU, she worked in a neuroscience research lab studying the affects of estrogen on metabolism. Dr Chandler graduated with honors with a BS in Exercise Physiology and minors in Biology and Chemistry. She continued her academic journey by attending medical school at FSU as well.
