Northwell Health Cancer Center treats patients that require complex reconstructions. These patients often require expertise in multiple sequential microvascular reconstructions. My expertise in facial reanimation and complex head and neck reconstruction including double barrel fibula, free ALT and free medial sural artery flaps allows me to perform the breadth of complex procedures. Breast cancer surgery is moving into a new chapter. These patients should be offered the highest quality aesthetic reconstruct form. I will very comfortably be able to offer these patients the widest range of implant based techniques and autologous reconstructions that are standard of care today including DIEP flaps, stacked DIEP flaps, PAP flaps, DUG flap.
