Dr. Neil Chen, a Board Certified plastic surgeon, founded PSINM in 1996 in Albuquerque, with a mission to provide the very best care to his patients. Dr. Chen was trained at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital and UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Christopher Knotts, a Board Certified plastic surgeon, joined PSINM in 2020. A native New Mexican, Dr. Knotts graduated from UNM, University of Oklahoma and Hunstad-Kortesis Center for Cosmetic Surgery in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Jeffrey Wu, also a Board-Certified plastic surgeon, joined our practice in 2025 after 9 years as an attending surgeon at UNM. Dr. Wu was trained at U of Connecticut, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and as an esthetic fellow at Bitar Cosmetic Surgery Institute.
