Rachel Noonan, PA-C, is a physician assistant on the Plastic Surgery team at Summit Health. Ms. Noonan has been trained in a variety of medical specialties. She is passionate about collaborating with her colleagues to provide the best care for her patients. Ms. Noonan approaches patient care by emphasizing patient autonomy. She believes in educating patients so they can make the best and most informed decisions for their health care. “The most important aspect of a visit with a patient is communication,” said Ms. Noonan. “Patients need to feel like their issues have been understood and their questions have been answered.”Outside of work, Ms. Noonan enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
