Dr. Therese-Anne LeVan is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been in practice in Lexington, Kentucky since 1997. For 23 years, her practice comprised of cosmetic facial surgery and body contouring as well as reconstructive plastic surgery including breast reconstruction after breast cancer and reconstruction of facial defects after skin cancer. In September 2020, Dr. LeVan retired from the operating room and no longer performs major surgical procedures, but she continues to provide non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatments including BOTOX®, Restylane® and Juvederm® fillers, Sculptra®, minor procedures including earlobe repair and cosmetic mole removal and laser treatment with the CO2 or DOT SmartXide® laser.
