Kathryn Winkler, MD

About

Kathryn Winkler, MD received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where she graduated with honors. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, MI. She then went on to complete a two-year Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the Kresge Eye Institute. She is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and board certified in Ophthalmology. Dr. Winkler specializes in treating diseases affecting the eyelids, lacrimal (or tear drain) system, orbit, thyroid eye disease, lesions and cancers of the eyelids and orbit, reconstruction of the eyelids and orbit, and aesthetic surgery around the eyes and forehead.
