Dr. Mancera is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship (ASOPRS) trained oculofacial surgeon. He specializes in cosmetic rejuvenation, disorders of the eyelid, lacrimal system, orbit, and facial reconstruction . He completed his residency training at the University of South Florida and fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
