Dr. Alicia Billington M.D., PhD is a St. Petersburg native and graduated from St. Petersburg High School, Cornell University and the University of South Florida. Our surgical facility, The Center for Surgical Excellence, is accredited by AAAASF. Dr. Billington specializes in cosmetic facial surgery, mommy makeover, breast augmentation, and breast reconstruction, with and without implants. She is Board Certified. Billington Plastic Surgery employs two licensed nurse practitioners, Cheryl Silbernagel and Denise Merdich, who specialize in non-surgical techniques and non surgical rejuvenation such as: Neurotoxins (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport), facial fillers and threads.
