Dr Keliang (Kevin) Xiao is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon focusing on reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery, body and facial cosmetic surgery, and general reconstructive surgery. He is passionate about providing patient-centered care, and encourages patients to take an active role in their healthcare. Dr Xiao is a strong advocate for patient education, which enables his patients to make informed decisions. He then develops individualized treatment plans to best meet each patient’s unique goals. Dr Xiao graduated cum laude from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine.
