After earning his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University, Dr. Baughman went on to the combination M.D./Ph.D. program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. As he earned his medical degree, Dr. Baughman developed an interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery, which is what he focused on during his residency.
