Dr. Tim Neavin is a board certified plastic surgeon in Santa Barbara and Beverly Hills. He is partners in Santa Barbara with Dr. Howard Gross at Surgical Arts on State. Dr. Neavin completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh and an additional year of aesthetic surgery in Beverly Hills, in 2008. He lectures nationally and internationally on fat transfer and has authored and coauthored several articles and book chapters on plastic surgery, and has had a second practice in Dubai from 2014 - 2020. Dr. Neavin is consistently ranked as a Castle Connolly Top Rated plastic surgeon, and has performed thousands of successful plastic surgery procedures since beginning his career in 2009 in Beverly Hills, California.
