James C. Yuen, M.D., is Professor and Chief in the Division of Plastic Surgery, Department of Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). Dr. Yuen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1985. He served a residency in general surgery at West Virginia University Hospital and plastic surgery at Duke University Medical Center, which included fellowship training at the Christine M. Kleinart Institute of hand and microsurgery in Louisville, KY. Dr. Yuen is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
