Dr. Stephen F. Lex, M.D. is a Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, is Board-Certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Lex was first drawn to plastic surgery because of the great variety of surgeries it involves, and that is still one of the things that he loves most about his job. His practice at the Plastic Surgeons of Northern Arizona never becomes routine so he’s never bored. Although he doesn’t really have one favorite procedure, Dr. Lex finds cleft lip and palate work especially rewarding as he’s able to really form a bond with these kids, whom he’ll treat many times over a twenty year period.
